Welcome to ChillerWise! This Pay-Per-Project Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your utilization of our services on a project basis. By accessing or utilizing ChillerWise, you indicate your acceptance of these terms. Please review them attentively.
By accessing or using ChillerWise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, kindly refrain from using our services.
ChillerWise offers services on a pay-per-project basis, which is not based on subscription. This arrangement allows you to access and utilize our platform, features, and tools for specific projects in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Under the pay-per-project model, you will be charged for each project’s usage. No banking information or credit card details are stored within the system. Instead, a dedicated payment portal will be employed after each project to process the transaction.
Upon completion of each project, the engagement will naturally conclude. There is no subscription aspect to our services. Any further project engagements will require a new agreement.
ChillerWise and its content, encompassing text, graphics, logos, and software, are safeguarded by intellectual property laws and are the property of ChillerWise or its licensors. You are granted a restricted, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the services exclusively for the purposes of the specific project.
ChillerWise, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents are exempt from liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or connected with your usage of the services on a per-project basis.
During your use of ChillerWise, you may have access to confidential information. You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party, except as required by law.
ChillerWise and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the subscription services. Our liability shall be limited to the amount you have paid for the subscription services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, disregarding its principles of conflict of laws.
We retain the right to modify or revise this Agreement at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the ChillerWise website. Continued use of the services post these changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
